Some of your duties

As a Junior Marketing & Communications Advisor, you will play an important role in strengthening Stibbe's external profile. You will actively contribute towards building our firm profile, increasing our visibility among the right target groups, and strengthening the reputation of our practice groups and experts. You will have various responsibilities and tasks in doing so:

• Creating, distributing and analysing content for various communication channels, such as websites, social media and newsletters;
• Participating in improving the effectiveness of our communications;
• Advising our lawyers and practice groups on the best ways to reach their target audiences;
• Assuming responsibility for your own marketing and communications projects;
• Collaborating with various departments within Stibbe Amsterdam and Brussels;
• Providing training on professional use of social media.

The team

You will work in a committed Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDMC) team.

Together, we play a leading role in profiling our firm in the market for corporate legal services and building Stibbe's public profile and market image.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a completed relevant college or university degree, for instance in communication studies, business administration, journalism or marketing. You have a passion for communication and content marketing, and have experience with social media. Experience with LinkedIn is an advantage. You are creative and can communicate complex subjects in an understandable way. You are also interested in analysing statistics and developing dashboards and reports. You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing.

• You have a collegial and proactive disposition;
• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• You are meticulous and have problem-solving skills;
• You are able to plan realistically;
• You are curious and enjoy immersing yourself in social and legal topics.
