Service Delivery & Procurement Manager

A glimpse of your responsibilities

As Service Delivery & Procurement Manager, you are responsible for the quality, continuity and contractual management of IT services within Stibbe. You work closely with colleagues within IM, suppliers and internal stakeholders and play an important role in shaping and improving our service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing, managing and improving Service Management processes, including SLAs, KPIs and reporting.

  • Managing IT and telecom contracts, including the contract management database and supplier assessments, and timely renewal of contracts.

  • Ensuring a clearly defined service landscape and initiating improvement processes to enhance service performance.

  • Maintaining sustainable relationships with partners and suppliers and achieving win-win collaborations.

  • Guiding RFI/RFP processes and supporting the Director IM with commercial agreements.

  • Ensuring that services comply with internal security and architecture guidelines (including CIS Controls, ISO 27001).

  • Fulfilling a role within the Incident Response Plan, coordinating escalations and acting as Problem Manager.

  • Maintaining domain-specific knowledge and acting as a substantive sparring partner towards suppliers.

  • Assessing operational supportability and preparing impact assessments.

  • Limiting contractual risks through Early Warning signals.

  • Translating contractual terms into concrete actions and follow-up.

  • Managing the delivery of services within your domain in line with the expectations of internal clients.

The team

You will become part of Stibbe's IM department. You report to the IT Operations Manager and work closely with technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

You are engaged, have strong communication skills and are able to maintain oversight in an environment with various stakeholders and suppliers. You switch easily between operational issues and tactical choices and take responsibility for the quality of service delivery.

Furthermore:

  • HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant certifications.

  • At least 5 years' experience in a comparable position.

  • Experience with supplier management, contract management and Service Management (e.g. ITIL).

  • Knowledge of risk management, project management, procurement and quality management.

  • An analytical, service-oriented and solution-focused mindset.

  • Technical affinity and preferably an ITIL expert certification.
