Service Desk Agent

Stibbe is currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Agent (full-time) in the IM (Information Management) department.



Dutch proficiency is required for this position.


Your duties will include

As a Service Desk Agent, you are responsible for the daily, professional support of the organisation in the use of IM hardware and software. You are the first point of contact for users, answer telephone calls, and provide support in detecting and solving malfunctions, processing requests and answering IM-related questions.


During evening and night hours and weekends, the Service Desk Team (in a changing schedule) is responsible for standby shifts.


The team

You will be part of Stibbe's IM department. Together with strategic ICT sourcing companies, this department is responsible for managing and maintaining ICT systems and software, supporting and training users in the use of IM resources, and carrying out (innovative) projects to improve business processes and ensure continuity. You will work within the IT Operations department and report to the IT Operations Manager. It is a close team with a good atmosphere and they are always willing to help you.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague with, preferably, a completed MBO (senior secondary vocation education) ICT education and experience as an employee on a Service Desk within business services. You are technically proficient, think from the user's perspective, are service-oriented and flexible, friendly and collegial, and strive to find the best solution. Furthermore, you have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. ITIL knowledge and experience is desirable. Certification on e.g. M365 is a plus.

  • You are a real team player who is also able to work independently;
  • You are alert to the wishes of internal and external contacts, monitor and inform on progress and keep appointments;
  • You have expertise in the field of workplace management;
