Facility Assistant (Receptionist/Telefonist+) (2)


Stibbe is immediately looking for an all-round Facility employee working in the Back of House (BoH). You will be working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5.30pm) and occasionally available in the evening or at weekends. In this role, you will be part of the Facilities Department.


Some of your duties include:

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure excellent service and an optimal hospitable experience for our colleagues and our guests. You have sufficient technical knowledge to carry out minor maintenance and repair work in and around the building and resolve various technical malfunctions. You also have a signalling and advisory role when it comes to maintenance or repairs to be carried out by third parties and the purchase of office supplies. In addition, together with colleagues, you take care of matters such as internal moves and event support. You will contribute to a safe (working) environment for colleagues and guests. Duties also include repairing minor malfunctions in 'multifunctionals', mail work or archive requests in the absence of direct colleagues.


The team

Facilities is responsible for the management and maintenance of the office building, catering, repro, cleaning and security. The Facility employee reports to the Facilities Coordinator and the Head of Facilities.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an employee who likes to help and values service. You are representative, service-minded and have an enthusiastic and collegial attitude. Furthermore, you like to work together, you like physical work and you are energetic.

You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing and a good command of English. You have knowledge of all relevant facility and ICT processes and are willing to develop this further. You are flexible in terms of taking over work from colleagues in the department.


Furthermore:

  • You have a client-focused attitude;
  • Hospitality is in your nature, you are always willing to help the internal customer in a friendly way;
  • Are you able to follow up after a colleague/client contact;
  • Do you have a positive and approachable attitude;
  • Are you communicatively strong;
  • Can switch gears quickly and are stress-resistant;
  • You are well-organised and can quickly see through processes;
  • You are accurate, have a proactive work attitude and a can-do mentality;
  • Have both feet on the ground and a sense of humour and a positive mindset.
